At last the Government promotes financing windpower offshore in Sweden

On 2 February 2021, the Government presented a proposal that will lead to reduced connection costs for offshore wind in Sweden. The proposal has now been sent out for consultation and the consultation bodies have until 3 May 2021 to submit their comments. The regulation is proposed to enter into force on 1 August 2021.
